AGE RESTRICTION

Customers who wish to sign up to our newsletter or who wish to use a Loyalty card must be over the age of eighteen due to the alcohol content of some promotional offers. Anglian Country Inns takes no responsibility for those who deliberately abuse these terms. 

 

LOYALTY REGISTRATION

Customers can pick up a loyalty card from one of our sites and register their membership here on our website or using the ACI Loyalty App, Customers can also register without a physical card using just the ACI Loyalty App, all details given as part of the registration process comply with our stated privacy policy.

 

REDEEMING REWARDS

Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem any rewards. Loyalty cards must be registered online to use rewards. Only the person to whom the card is registered may use the card and redeem rewards.

 

DATA

Each customers use their loyalty cards our system will register what was purchased and the times and location of purchase. The data is collected in line with our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to change our rewards with no given notice.
Primary rewards offers and relevant details can be found in the offers section of the ACI Loyalty app.

5% CASHBACK:
Customers can earn 5% cashback on purchases made on food and drink up to the value of £1500, a loyalty account must be active at the time of the transaction, cashback can not be rewarded retroactively.
Cashback is not available on weddings, accommodation or bills greater than £1500.

Hotel guests must scan or swipe their loyalty card at the time of dining to receive 5% cashback on any room charged food and drink balances.

Cashback earned will expire in 12 months from the date of crediting.

Misuse of the cashback offer may result in the suspension of a loyalty account.

HOUSE PRICES:
Reduced prices on select key drink lines. Prices and products may be subject to change and are subject to availability.

 

BIRTHDAY OFFERS:
Birthday offers will only be available for customers who entered date of birth info on registration.
- “BIRTHDAY BUBBLES!” reward will be available 7 days either side of a customer’s entered date of birth, entitling them to 1 125ml glass of Nyetimber Classic Cuvee or Prosecco, as available.

 

BUY “X” GET “Y” FREE:
Customers can buy a given number products within a given product list to receive a free item on their loyalty accounts – for example “Scan your Loyalty card with each hot drink purchase. After your 9th purchase, a free hot drink will be available and ready to redeem.”

The redemption of the free item will always pick the cheapest product to discount if part of a group.

 

CHECKING BALANCE OR CREDIT

Customers can check their balance and rewards using the ACI Loyalty App, at acinns.co.uk/loyalty or by visiting one of our venues and speaking with a member of the team.
