Reflecting on winning this award after being open just a year, Gabe Lea, Head Chef said, ‘my team and I are over the moon, one of our many delights is showcasing and serving the region's best ingredients, and there’s plenty! White Horse Pub at Holme-next-the-Sea has been open for just over a year and White Horse Bakery, across the courtyard, has barely been open four months, winning this award is outstanding recognition, and White Horse Holme team are reeling from its success.
