The Jolly Sailors, Brancaster Staithe - Finalist in the Great British Pub Awards 2026

The Jolly Sailors, Brancaster Staithe, has been named a finalist in the Great British Pub Awards 2026 for Best Pub for Families - a fantastic national recognition of the pub’s commitment to creating a welcoming, friendly and enjoyable experience for families visiting North Norfolk.

With just six pubs shortlisted nationwide in this category, reaching the final is a tremendous achievement for the team at The Jolly Sailors and recognises the hard work and dedication that goes into making the pub a place where families can relax, enjoy themselves and feel genuinely welcome.

Simon Parkin, General Manager at The Jolly Sailors, was overjoyed at the recognition. He said,

The Great British Pub Awards 2026 will take place on Wednesday 23rd September at the iconic First Direct Bank Arena in Leeds, where the winner of Best Pub for Families will be announced.
