Sous chef James Moody will be presenting his six-course tasting menu, which focuses on delicious yet sustainable food, through innovative use of the whole animal, from nose to tail. James is a real believer in our farm-to-fork ethos and has created a phenomenal menu to showcase the prime cuts and lesser known delicacies of Venison.
