The White Horse Scolt Head Suppers Annual Celebration of Seafood

Wednesday 24th November 2021 7pm

Bobby Groves, Author and Head of Oysters at London restaurant Chiltern Firehouse. Born in Maldon, Essex, Bobby began working at his local oyster farm, Maldon Oysters, in 2006, cultivating, delivering and exporting shellfish.

He has recently travelled the British Isles and written a book entitled Oyster Isles.

He will be talking about his travels and passion for the British oyster at The White Horse Annual Seafood Celebration on Wednesday 24th November.

World renowned Nyetimber Award-Winning English Wine will add a bit of sparkle to the evening.

Ben & Cyril Southerland, our fishermen friends from Brancaster Oysters, will be dining with us and they are always up for a ‘fishy’ chat.
